STAGE 1 - PLANNING
If you already have planning permission and a scope of works and require just a build cost please skip to Stage 3 - Pre-Build.

Client brief, ideas and site assessment

Initial quotation - planning and design

This includes site survey, planning drawings if required and the application, full building regulation plans and scope of works, structural design, licenses, party wall agreements and detailed building cost.

If you are happy with the design quote we will issue a contract with the payment terms for you to sign.

A 5% booking deposit of the overall contract value is required which is later deducted from the final payment.

We will then engage with the relevant professionals and consultants - Architects, interior designers, surveyors and engineers.

The planning application can be submitted if required and we can move on to the design stage.
