STAGE 1 - PLANNING

If you already have planning permission and a scope of works and require just a build cost please skip to Stage 3 - Pre-Build.

  • Client brief, ideas and site assessment

  • Initial quotation - planning and design

  • This includes site survey, planning drawings if required and the application, full building regulation plans and scope of works, structural design, licenses, party wall agreements and detailed building cost.

  • If you are happy with the design quote we will issue a contract with the payment terms for you to sign.

  • A 5% booking deposit of the overall contract value is required which is later deducted from the final payment.

  • We will then engage with the relevant professionals and consultants - Architects, interior designers, surveyors and engineers.

  • The planning application can be submitted if required and we can move on to the design stage.
